When I was young, I would have these intense, vivid dreams of Egypt and the Gods of Egypt. One in particular always stood out, embedded into my memory like a carving into the wall. A pyramid, blue hazed with an eye upon it, peered in through the windows of an empty bedroom. It terrified me, so I ran towards it and hid against the wall beside the window so it couldn't see me.

It was years later that I begun to wonder what it really meant.

Upon searching for color symbology, I came across a site that showed that exact same Pyramid with an eye. I knew the dream meant something, but never did I associate with Horus until I saw that page. I understood it was on U.S. dollars, but being only 4 or 5 when I had that dream for the first time (possibly younger), I can't imagine having taken the image from it and created this. Even now I feel a strong drawing towards Egypt, and it's Ancient past. It's terrifying, and beautiful at the same time. I question it, being more a cynic then anything. But I'm open the idea and have possibly now taken my steps towards accept that this may be the larger part of my path.
